Billie Eilish is teaching her fans how to make her go-to vegetarian, gluten-free dessert

Billie Eilish gave her fans a sweet surprise on Monday.

The "happier than ever" star posted a video tutorial on her Instagram story to show fans how to make peanut butter chocolate cookies. 

19-year-old Eilish began to instruct to heat the oven to 350° and then add a cup of brown sugar to the mixing bowl. Then she added a cup of peanut butter. Eilish posted a clip of peanut butter dripping from a measuring cup into a mixing bowl, and wrote on the video: "This is too sexy."

The singer pointed out that she likes to use Costco's Kirkland Signature organic peanut butter, shared her jar story and told her fans, "(For reference only, this is my favorite peanut butter in the world, so I always use it Come and do anything)."

Returning to her recipe, Eilish shared a clip of peanut butter and brown sugar spinning in a bowl, instructing her followers to mix the two ingredients for about a minute. After mixing the sugar and peanut butter, Eilish wrote on her next slide, "After mixing the peanut butter and brown sugar for one minute, add two teaspoons of vanilla extract and mix again for 30 seconds."

Eilish then turned to the dry ingredients part of the recipe by showing her followers how to make oat flour. "These cookies are completely vegan and GF, and they are great, so the flour is actually just mixed with oats and it works very well," she wrote in her tutorial.  

After mixing the oats into powder, Eilish measures out a cup, then pours it into a separate mixing bowl and mixes it with a teaspoon of baking soda and ⅛ teaspoon of salt.

"It's time to add!!!," Eilish wrote on the next slide, as she poured the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. "It was very messy for me to do this, but I wasn't really angry," she joked. 

After mixing the contents of the two bowls into a mixture, Eilish instructs her followers to add ¼ cup of almond milk and then use chocolate chips to complete the batter. After stirring the potato chips, she scooped out parts of the dough and placed them on the baking sheet, sharing a tip before they went into the oven: "Squash them with a fork so they don't fall apart," she wrote, adding Say biscuits "don't rise too much". 

"Let those boys in the oven!!" she wrote on her next slide, which shows Eilish put the tray in and cook for 10-12 minutes.

Eilish showed off the finished dessert in a slide show, showing a tray of freshly baked cookies, and her headline was "Hmm." In a photo of individual cookies stacked in a bowl, she wrote, "They are even 1,000 times better than they look" and added, "Enjoy!!!"

Eilish ended her cooking class with a funny note. The singer shared her classic cookie recipe shortly after launching her first food, a vegan chocolate bar.
